One of Justin Bieber’s biggest fans is named Megan Ham, and she lives in Portland. Megan, who is 11-years-old, wasn’t expected to live very long when she was born and her parents were told that she would never walk, talk, or show emotion. However, when Megan hears or sees Justin Bieber she definitely shows emotion! Watch the video below:
