Uh oh! Justin Bieber is holding a free concert for his fans in Oslo, Norway tonight, but things are already getting a bit out of hand. Here’s what Scooter Braun has reported:
The streets are filled…the bridges are closed. it is out of control. we may have to start the show early or they will cancel. #bieberfever working very hard with the authorities 2 make sure the show happens. please be patient and listen to the police. show may have 2 start early.
