JUSTIN BIEBGER
Justin Bieber's epic video for "As Long as You Love Me" is being described as a short film, and it will feature Big Sean and actor Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill). On Monday, Bieber tweeted that he would release a teaser on Wednesday ahead of the video's premiere, which is slated for Friday or Monday. "Should we show a minute snip of #ALAYLM short film on America's got talent this wed then release the video friday or next monday? should we?" Bieber asked his followers. "And yes Michael Madsen is in the #AsLongAsYouLoveMe short film." "As Long as You Love Me" is the second single off Bieber's latest album, Believe. THE BEATLES
A new Beatles compilation called Tomorrow Never Knows is being released via iTunes today, encompassing 14 of the Fab Four's "most powerful rock songs," such as "Paperback Writer" and "Back in the USSR." A promo film for the track "Hey Bulldog" also is available to stream or download. Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl penned a note that is posted along with the Beatles compilation, in which he says "If it weren't for The Beatles, I would not be a musician." Grohl continues, "From a very young age I became fascinated with their songs, and over the years have drowned myself in the depth of their catalogue. Their groove and their swagger. Their grace and their beauty. Their dark and their light. The Beatles seemed to be capable of anything. They knew no boundaries, and in that freedom they seemed to define what we now know today as 'Rock and Roll.'"
FLO RIDA
Flo Rida confirmed rumors that he has a workout DVD on the way, and it could come out as early as the end of the year. "I'm definitely going to do that. I have quite a workout regimen," he told Billboard.com at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards. "I've always been about fitness and my fans can definitely appreciate that."
