Justin Bieber is promoting his new movie 'Never Say Never,' and Thursday night he dropped by 'Jimmy Kimmel Live,' where he gave Kimmel permission to shave his head.
Don't worry, it's just a bald cap.
'Yeah it's great, [the girls] will just focus on my beautiful silky smooth lyrics,' Bieber joked of his new look.
