Justin Bieber Skateboards Without His Shirt:

Justin Bieber is busy recording his new album “Believe” at the Hit Factory in Miami, Florida, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have any time for fun too! According to TMZ, who posted the video below, Justin’s fans waited outside the music studio for hours hoping that Justin would take a break from recording to say hi.

Justin did better than that! He came out to skateboard and ended up taking his shirt off for the crowd!
